This spacious well equipped one bedroom apartment of 50 m2 is ideally situated in the heart of the old town of Antibes.

The authentic atmosphere of the traditional Provencal market, the ramparts that protect the town, the Picasso museum, restaurants and boutiques as well as the beaches are all within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor of an historic building, with a décor that has a typical French appeal. There is absolutely no Ikea furniture! Four people can comfortably be accommodated. Fully air conditioned throughout, there is a roomy lounge with a high quality leather sofa bed, electric heaters, double glazing, free Wi-Fi, television, antique dining room table, etc.
We have installed a telephone, practical for making free calls to landlines within France and also to a choice of countries of which the list is provided.

You will find the kitchen nicely equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, 4 ring electric ceramic hob, dishwashing machine, oven, large fridge and freezer as well as a range of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans… There is also a clothes washer/dryer machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a good quality 140cm wide mattress, armchair and fitted wardrobes.

The apartment is officially classified with three stars by Gîtes de France.
